Shipments and Returns
SHIPPING:
SALF SRL ships to all European Union countries. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability. Any delays do not entitle the customer to claim compensation or cancel the order.
Shipping costs are calculated during the purchase process and vary depending on the destination.
RETURN POLICY:
You have the right to request a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Items must be new, unused, and returned in the same packaging they arrived in (if not damaged). The cost of shipping the returned products is the responsibility of the customer.
To initiate the return process, please contact us via email at ufficiotecnico.salf@gmail.com, with the subject line "ORDER RETURN" and your order number. In the email, specify the reasons for the return. We will contact you and provide all the details for the return or replacement of the product.
Product Replacement:
If you wish to replace the product with another, please specify this in the email. After receiving and verifying the original product, we will send you instructions for shipping the new item. Any price differences will be settled through the payment method used for the original order.
Refund:
If you prefer a refund, please indicate it in the email. Once the product is received and its integrity verified, we will proceed with the refund through the payment method used.
